At Royal Reflections, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Print-on-Demand Products All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days, due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@shoproyalreflections.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely already entered production and cannot be cancelled.
