Shipping policy

  • Delivery dates aren’t guaranteed. We may provide delivery estimates, but we can’t guarantee delivery dates, and delivery estimates can change.
  • Two parts make up total delivery time:
    • Fulfillment (production): standard fulfillment takes 2–5 business days (some orders can take longer due to product availability or other factors).
    • Shipping (carrier transit):
      • Domestic orders: 1–8 business days
      • International orders: 1–20 business days
  • After an order is handed to the carrier, the carrier controls final delivery. We don’t guarantee door-to-door delivery, packages may be delivered to a local post office, parcel locker, or pickup point depending on the carrier and destination.
  • Orders can ship in multiple packages. Some products are packaged and shipped separately.
  • When delays happen: we’ll do our best to advise you of any known delay.

If you’re seeing US–EU delays specifically, it can also happen when an order is fulfilled cross-region due to product availability or print technique, which can extend delivery times.
